MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Fabric
4 strips - 2 1/2" x 44" for outside (use four different fabrics)
1 strip - 2 1/2" x 44" for strap (2 strips for longer strap)
1/3 yd fabric for lining (or a fat quarter)

Optional
1 2 1/2" x 44" strip for ruffle
1 1/4 yds rick rack

Interfacing
1/3 yd Pellon #987 fusible fleece
1 1/4 yd cotton twill tape that is 1 1/4" wide for strap (or use a 1 1/4" x 45" strip or longer of Pellon Decorbond, fusible fleece, or grosgrain ribon for inside strap)
