Beginning Quilting

Have you always wanted to learn to quilt but are intimidated by the directions? This is a great class to get you introduced to "a form" of curved piecing.  In this two day class, we will go step by step in how to cut and sew to make this unique style of piecing.  Below is the download for this pattern and it will give you all the fabric requirements to make a lap size quilt all the way up to a king size quilt.

Class supplies for quilt:

• fat quarters and yardage will be needed (we will be happy to help you with that)
• 6 x 12 ruler
• rotary cutter
• spray starch

Sewing machine in good working condition (need to have basic sewing skills)
Sewing machine needles and bobbin
Sewing thread (various colors to match fabric)
Fabric scissors
Sewing pins and pin cushion
Marking pen
Seam ripper

1/4" foot for your machine if you have it.  (I highly recommend it, it will make getting a consistent quarter inch much easier)
